Territory of Arkansas, County of Lawrence: In the circuit court in and for said coun
ty of May Term AD 1830
The Grand Jurors of the United States impannelled charged
and sworn to inquire in and for body of the county of Law-
rence aforesaid upon their oaths present that Coleman
Stubblefield and Fielding Stubblefield late of said
county on the thirteenth day of December AD 1829
at the County aforesaid did then and there wilfully[sic] malicious
sly and contemptuously disquiet and disturb a congregation
assembled at the dwelling of one Benjamin Jones in
said county for religious worship by profanely swearing
and using indecent gestures to one David Orr in the
peace of God and the United States then and there being
and other wrongs then and there did contrary to the form of the
statute in such case made and provided and against the
peace and dignity of the United States and of this Territory
and this we find on the information of Benjamin Jones
Davis, pro[secuting] attorney
