The Arkansas State Capitol was designed in the neo‑classical style by architects George Mann and Cass Gilbert with construction beginning in 1899. After 16 years, the project was completed at a total cost of $2.3 million dollars. It still serves as the state's capitol building, today.
This color postcard depicts the Arkansas State Capitol building, and was sent to Elizabeth Calvert of Big Fork, Montana, in 1925.
