Comanding the Larnce County State

him to Take and Have Evidence
in all case where we are consern
refure the same to you or
Maj Bolen Comanding post at
at Jackson port Arks or his [missing]
in office and be Governed by them
as we bealive them to be Honerable
High minded Gentelmen whoo will
do all partis Full and ampel
Justice in due time
Further Relive us from the Tyrents
and Rebels whoo has the ranes
in these hands in this County
as we are confident that we can
in no way git Justice in Rebbel
Courts and Jurors. The Rebbel and Trators
do declar that thay can not nor
will not Bealeive union Trators
on oath or every other way and do
not desirve to live much less
Every p(?) of oure property or affects
it is usless for union men to [illegible]
Sivil Law in this county as the
